ROC Service Company was formed in 2009 to purchase the assets of a predecessor company, Richey Oilfield Construction, via the Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings of its former parent. ROC and its predecessors have provided wellsite and infrastructure services, including commissioning, maintenance, repair and de-commissioning services to upstream and midstream companies for more than three decades. ROC operates 11 district locations in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oklahoma and New Mexico. ROC was sold to Coral Reef Capital in April 2015.

Pro-Stim Services Headquarters: Longview, TX

Pro-Stim Services was a well stimulation services company that provides a full line of fracturing, acidizing and pressure pumping services to exploration and production companies. Pro-Stim operated from its two district locations in Longview, TX and Gregory, TX (near Corpus Christi).

Nexus Gas Partners, LLC Headquarters: Dallas, TX

Nexus Gas Partners, LLC (“Nexus”) owned and operated a network of natural gas gathering and dehydration facilities in the active regions of east Texas and northern Louisiana, across what is now identified as the Haynesville Shale. Nexus was formed in mid-2006 alongside two experienced industry executives to build a leading midstream platform. After acquisition of its platform asset was completed in early 2007, Nexus pursued a series of organic growth projects and add-on acquisitions that repurposed and expanded its initial gathering system. Nexus was sold to Regency Energy Partners in March 2008.

Gray Wireline Service, Inc Headquarters: Fort Worth, TX

Gray Energy Services, LLC (“Gray”) was formed in early 2006 to recapitalize an existing cased-hole wireline company alongside a group of experienced owner/managers. Following the initial investment, a rapid combination of organic expansion and completion of four complementary acquisitions positioned the company as the leading independent cased-hole wireline competitor in the United States, with a geographic presence that stretched across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Mississippi and North Dakota. Gray was sold to Seawell Ltd. in December 2010.
