Turnbridge provided capital for the purchase of operating assets and recruited the management team to form Pro-Stim Services and enter an identified, under-served niche within the stimulation market.

Pro-Stim Services was formed to provide well stimulation services, including a full line of fracturing, acidizing, and pressure pumping services, for exploration and production companies in the southwest region of the U.S. Pro-Stim primarily served upstream companies completing and re-completing vertical oil wells in the traditional markets of east, central, and south Texas. At the time of its monetization in 2015, Pro-Stim operated from two district locations in Longview, TX and Gregory, TX.
