In 2016, Turnbridge partnered with the founder and management team to enable an equity recapitalization of USA DeBusk and to accelerate the pursuit of identified internal and external growth initiatives.

USA DeBusk was a leading provider of highly specialized mechanical and industrial cleaning services including hydroblasting, transportation services, hydrocutting, vacuum services, chemical cleaning, hydro excavation, pigging and decoking services, hot and fixed bed inert catalyst handling and cleaning services, and specialty turnaround services. The company was formed in 2012, and its growth was accelerated by the Turnbridge investment completed in 2016. From approximately 25 field offices, USA DeBusk provides services for customers in a wide variety of end-markets such as the downstream refining, petrochemical, power generation and manufacturing sectors. In 2019, Turnbridge completed the sale of its stake to a partnership formed by First Reserve and USA DeBusk management.
